Rates, Amicus Caribbean Yachting Holidays

An "all aboard" AMICUS holiday - is inclusive of;

  • 1 week, 7 nights aboard. Starting any day of the week, which you choose.
  • Taxi, if required, to and from AMICUS from point of entry to the BVI's. (This is usually Beef Island airport or Soper's Hole ferry from St Thomas, USVI).
  • All food including 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 4 dinners aboard. We find that most guests like to enjoy dinner at some of the rich choice of restaurants ashore. These vary from Haute Cuisine to Beach Bar.
  • All drinks including soft drinks, juices, beers, rum punches and "boat wines", but excluding fine wine, champagne and foreign spirits. These can be ordered in advance or bought in a few major locations.
  • Personal Training and Massage Therapy are our unique inclusive speciality. Your holiday includes two sessions each of either Personal Training or Massage during your week’s stay. Additional sessions can be included but the itinerary will need to be adapted to allow for the time spent on these activities. The hostess is the Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer!
  • All mooring buoy fees, mooring permits and local cruising taxes. Nights in marinas at guest's requests are at cost e.g. $50 per night. When required, we ferry you to and from shore in our tender. In some anchorages there are Water Taxis which are often linked to restaurants and are free to diners.
  • All fuel and other consumables aboard are free.
  • This means your only additional expenses are those you choose when ashore.

A "ship to shore" AMICUS holiday - is as above but;

  • 2 weeks with 7 nights aboard and 7 nights on land at accommodation of your choice. We recommend you have 2 stops of 3 or 4 nights each or 3 stops of 2 or 3 nights each.
  • We sail you to and from your chosen accommodation. You can leave luggage aboard if preferred.
  • We can suggest shore stops to fit in with your sail plan. However we leave you to book and arrange your stay directly with the accommodation provider.
  • You can choose from isolated cottages, major resorts or main island hotels.
  • Below is a sample of websites for you to identify rates and facilities.
  • This itinerary requires more complex and detailed planning but will suit those wanting a longer stay and those who wish to experience time ashore to complement the sailing.
